Individually quick frozen (IQF) Greenlip Abalone meat is processed from fish caught from thr coastal waters of Northern Tasmania. The company ensures consistency in quality of abalone, as the process from live fish in the tabks to frozen product taking merely minutes. Size range available are 160g and below (small), 160g - 230g (medium), 230g - 300g (large) and 300g+ (extra large).
